This decision follows significant delays in the construction of the Olembé Sports Complex, which began in 2016 and is still less than 50% complete. The Cameroonian government accuses Magil of failing to fulfill its contractual obligations.According to sources, Magil has already received 42 billion CFA francs, including an advance of 21.9 billion CFA francs out of a total amount of over 163 billion CFA francs.  Cameroon is now demanding that Magil refund 20 billion CFA francs, which could lead to a legal battle. The Olembe Sports Complex has already cost over 154 billion CFA francs, and its completion remains uncertain. This case raises questions about the management of public projects and the relationships between governments and private companies. The construction site of the Olembé Sports Complex has been stalled for almost two years, and the dispute between the Cameroonian government and Magil Construction, is escalating. With Magil accused of breaching its contract, the Cameroonian authorities are now contemplating legal proceedings against the company
