This budget reflects the Cameroonian government's willingness to boost the economy in the tourism sector and enable  them to achieve their objectives and contribute to the country's economic and social development.The tourism sector plays a vital role in the economy, being essential for economic growth, job creation, and regional development. According to industry stakeholders, tourism in Cameroon has the potential to generate over 146 billion CFA francs by the end of 2024 and nearly 200 billion CFA francs by 2029. The Ministry of Tourism and Leisure in Cameroon aims, for the year 2025, to develop tourist sites and rehabilitate the country's tourism infrastructure, as well as facilitate the process of obtaining tourist visas.The Cameroonian government is aiming for an economic recovery in 2025, targeting all sectors to effectively meet the needs of citizens.
