The forum brought together and saw the participation of women from all four corners of the country and the world to learn and share their ideas on the central theme of the forum " Incubator of Virtuous Governance for Women for the Benefit of the Nation"  and its various sub-themes.The International Women's Link Forum works alongside nations to promote equality, access to rights for women, and to empower women and girls to understand why and how to take on leadership roles, entrepreneurship, and financial autonomy. The forum, attended by administrative members of civil society and organizations such as ManStopMan and the Republican Youth of Cameroon(JERC) placed particular emphasis on empowering women and girls, as well as educating them to contribute to the country's socio-economic development.

According to Cathy Meba, President of the Republican Youth of Cameroon(JERC), "the Cameroonian government, civil society, and associations must fight to assert the rights of girls and women in a society largely exposed to injustices and violence". NGOs report that,40% of young girls and women lack education and are mostly forced into marriage. Additionally, 70% of domestic violence cases are perpetrated against women. In recent years, women have been facing various forms of suffering, physical and moral violence, yet they struggle to express themselves. The International Women's Link Forum provided an opportunity to offer support and address these persistent issues that continue to claim victims worldwide.

According to Lady Ngo Mang Epesse, Our mission at Women's Link is to implement legal solutions to defend women's rights and end gender-based violence, including femicide, creating a safer world for all.Following this edition held at Hotel Mont Febe Yaounde , women alongside men adopted resolutions including :training women in leadership, strengthening laws that protect women, encouraging and supporting women's education on using digital tools for job creation and economic activities that promote the country's social and economic development.
