According to the Gabonese Ministry of Economy, this is the second time since the start of year 2024 that Gabon reaches the barrel of 10 Bilion after the 13.7 billion registered in January 2024. Going further to explain that, the Country of President Brice Oligui Nguema has spend CFA 11,86 billion During the month of July within the frame work of fuel subsidy compared to the 6.42billion spend in June 2024 .No information was given to the factors responsible for this increase in fuel subsidies but in June 2024 ,the president of the Gabone national commission on petroleum products pricing announced new implimentation on prices of gasoil aimed at limiting des supplying of industries , service station and addressing industrial grievances. End 2023 , the state of Gabon has considerably reduced prices of petroleum products with the new homologated prices entered into effect since beginning January 2024 should logically lead to an increase in States coffers . In Details , the price of a liter of premium gasoline at the pump has decreased from cfa 605 to cfa 595 , gasoil prices felt from cfa 585 to 575. More over gas tank of 12,5kg felt from cfa 5950 to cfa 4950 .  According to the Gabonese Ministry of Economy, in the month of July 2024 cfa 2,35 billion have been allocated by the Gabonese state to support gas prices . Globally, since January 2024 , Gabon has totalized an amount of Cfa 52,76 billion of fuels Subsidy on a provision of cfa 75billion for the current financial period. With a cfa 14.5billion to support gas prices end July 2024 .
