This partnership aims to effectively organize all information, both administrative and technical, produced by FEICOM. Documentation is expected to eventually become part of the national memory. The support aims to preserve data within FEICOM while making it exploitable at the national level to enrich our archival heritage.According to Feicom this strategic partnership is part of FEICOM's desire to strengthen its role as a bank for local authorities, not only in terms of financing but also in documentary engineering in the service of local governance. The three-year renewable partnership aims to strengthen FEICOM's capacity in document management, particularly in the context of decentralized local government development, which requires a structured administration and reliable institutional memory. Specifically, the National Archives of Cameroon (ANC) will support FEICOM in auditing its current system, updating its archival tools, and training its personnel. The protocol also paves the way for FEICOM's involvement in national and international initiatives to promote documentary heritage
