This program is based on a projected budget of 731.7 billion CFA francs, an increase of 39.8 billion CFA francs in absolute value and 0.5% in relative value compared to the 2024 fiscal year.On this envelope confirmed by the 2025 finance bill project submitted to the deputies by the government, 7,250.8 billion CFA francs represent the general budget and 66.9 billion CFA francs for special allocation accounts.According to the 2025 finance bill, it is worth noting that domestic revenue and grants are projected to be 5,548.1 billion CFA francs, an increase of 313.1 billion compared to 2024.Oil revenues are estimated at 734.8 billion CFA francs, a decrease of 66.8 billion between 2024 and 2025, due to the decline in the global price of a barrel of oil.The document projects an economic growth rate of 4.1% in 2025, after 3.8% in 2024. The government forecasts a growth rate of 4.3% in the non-oil sectors in 2025. Inflation is expected to continue its downward trend, although it will remain above the CEMAC convergence threshold of 3%. It is expected to reach 4% in 2025, after 5% in 2024.
